Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
- service provision, contract performance – your personal data in the scope of: first name, last name, email address, phone number, Company ID, VAT ID,
- bookkeeping – If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to fulfill the legal obligation for issuing and recording tax documents.
- sending informational emails – your personal data (email), what you click on in the email and when you most often open it, we use for the purpose of direct contact – sending informational messages. It can of course be withdrawn at any time via our contact details.
- photo documentation – photographs from conferences, lectures, workshops, and training sessions.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the statutory limitation periods, unless the law sets a longer period for their retention or unless we have stated otherwise in specific cases.
Processing of uploaded data in AI (language) models
The core function of the Prompts for project tool is to generate prompts using third-party artificial-intelligence language models. To do so, the tool sends aggregated excerpts of the CSV data you upload (in particular search queries, keywords, impression counts, a sample of rows for type detection, URLs of cited or visited pages, and any personas you provide) to an external language-model provider, where they are processed in order to return the generated prompts.
By uploading data and using the tool to generate prompts, you acknowledge and agree that the data described above is sent to and processed by external AI language-model providers. Without this processing in AI models the prompts cannot be generated. We do not log the contents of these requests, and we transmit only the aggregated excerpts needed to fulfil the generation — not the full uploaded files.
If you do not wish your data to be processed in AI models, please do not upload it and do not run the prompt generation.
Cookies
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and which page you come from. We consider the use of cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing the display of the website as our legitimate interest as the controller, as we believe that this lets us offer you even better services.
Cookies for ad targeting will only be processed on the basis of your consent.
Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable cookies on your computer.
Security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the current state of technical development. We protect it as if it were our own. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Our collaborators have access to your personal data.
To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot handle in-house, we use the services and applications of processors that can protect data even better than us and that specialize in the given processing.
They are providers of platforms or services for project management, direct marketing, and accounting.
- Google Analytics (https://privacy.google.com/businesses/processorterms/)
- OpenRouter — AI language-model gateway (https://openrouter.ai/privacy)
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing (https://stripe.com/privacy)
It is possible that in the future we will decide to use additional applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise that in such a case, when selecting them, we will place at least the same requirements on the processor regarding security and quality of processing as on ourselves.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.
Your rights in connection with personal data protection
In connection with personal data protection, you have a number of rights. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email spoluprace@jirkont.cz.
You have the right to information, which is fulfilled by this informational page with the principles of personal data processing.
Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time and within 30 days we will provide you with what personal data we process and why.
If something changes for you or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data.
You can use the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that we are processing illegally but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have raised an objection to the processing.
You can restrict the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter you restrict the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications.)
Right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access — with the difference that we will provide you with the information in a machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Your further right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget about you, but if you wish, you have the right to it. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. To ensure the right to erasure, we need 30 days.
In some cases we are bound by a legal obligation and, for example, we must keep records of issued tax documents for the period set by law. In this case we will therefore delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law.
Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office at any time. We would be very glad if you first informed us of this suspicion so that we could do something about it and rectify any wrongdoing.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial communications
We send you emails with inspiration, articles, products and services if you are our customer, on the basis of our legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, we only send them to you on the basis of your consent. In both cases, you can end the subscription to our emails by pressing the unsubscribe link in every email sent.
Confidentiality
We would like to assure you that our collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.
These personal data processing principles are effective as of May 20, 2026.
